I am not always sure about mash-ups and user generated 3d-shooter contributions, but this here is worth to be mentioned. It is a Counterstrike-level, based upon paintings from Vincent van Gogh. You will for example identify the piece “The Starry Night“. Textures, elements and compositional designs were derived from Van Gogh’s paintings. The small room with the interior design or the church at the ent of the video really got me a shiver down the spine.
